There are few summer traditions in Norman quite like Jazz in June.

For more than four decades, this beloved festival has brought incredible musicians, families, and music lovers together under the trees at Andrews Park for three unforgettable evenings of live jazz. From June 18-20, Jazz in June returns for another year of world-class performances, educational workshops, local vendors, and community celebration, all completely free to attend.

Whether you're a lifelong jazz enthusiast or simply looking for the perfect way to spend a summer evening, Jazz in June offers something for everyone.

A Summer Tradition in the Heart of Norman

Hosted at Andrews Park, Jazz in June transforms one of Norman's most beloved green spaces into a vibrant gathering place filled with music, food, and community spirit. Bring a lawn chair, spread out a blanket, and settle in for an evening of incredible performances beneath the Oklahoma sky.

In addition to nightly performances, attendees can browse local vendor booths, enjoy food and drinks, and participate in educational workshops that offer a deeper look into the artistry and history of jazz.

Daily Workshops

Want to go beyond the stage and learn from the musicians themselves?

Jazz in June's educational workshops take place each day at 2 p.m. and feature many of the festival's performers. Hosted in partnership with Pioneer Library System, these sessions provide unique opportunities to hear stories, gain insight into the creative process, and develop a deeper appreciation for jazz music.
