Sooner Theatre presents White Christmas

The Sooner Theatre will present multiple performances of White Christmas; with music and lyrics by Irving Berlin, based upon the Paramount Pictures film written for the screen by Norman Krasna, Norman Panama and Melvin Frank and the book by David Ives and Paul Blake.

Performances take place at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 11, 12, 17 and 18 with 2 p.m. matinees Dec. 11, 12, 18 and 19.

Veterans Bob Wallace and Phil Davis have a successful song-and-dance act after World War II. With romance in mind, the two follow a duo of beautiful singing sisters en route to their Christmas show at a Vermont lodge, which just happens to be owned by Bob and Phil's former army commander. With a dazzling score featuring well-known standards including “Blue Skies,” “I Love A Piano,” “How Deep Is the Ocean” and the perennial title song, White Christmas is an uplifting musical worthy of becoming your family's holiday treat.

In accordance with current CDC COVID-19 guidelines, masks are requested for all audience members, vaccinated or unvaccinated. If guidelines change, our audience requirements may change as well, and there may be updates to this information; have a plan at this time to bring a mask.
