Mardi Gras Parade

Main Street lights up with art, music, and Mardi Gras magic, Norman style. 

Launched in 1994 as Norman’s first night parade, this annual celebration has grown into a downtown tradition you won’t want to miss. The parade route begins at The Depot on Legacy Trail Park, travels down Main Street, and loops back along Comanche Street, showcasing colorful floats, live music, and plenty of local pride. 

Shops and restaurants throughout Downtown Norman join in the festivities with extended hours and parade specials, making it the perfect time to enjoy the energy of Main Street after dark.
