Things to Do for Galentine's, Valentine's, Presidents Day weekend in Norman
Galentine's Day, Valentine's Day, Presidents Day (holiday) weekend is upon us and there is no shortage of Things to Do in Norman.
Let's start with The Sooner Theatre's three-night event, Murder Mystery: Death at Rehab that starts at 6:30 Thursday night and run through Saturday night.
Friday, the menu includes 2nd Friday Art Walk (this month's listings here), the Oklahoma women's gymnastics meet vs. West Virginia and Texas Womans University, Murder Mystery's second presentation, the Sooner men's wrestling dual vs. Air Force and William Shatner at Riverwind Casino.
Coming up Sunday will be the Sooner women's basketball game against Kansas State at 2 p.m.
(Bonus: A ticket to any of the weekend's Sooner athletic events will provide entry to the others.)
Plus, the Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art has two rather new exhibitions to check out, Renegades: Bruce Goff and the American School of Architecture and O. Gail Poole's Sideshow; admission to the museum is complimentary.
Of course, any evening or day date should start with a Norman Original bite to eat.
And, for those who are looking for sweet treats for your gals or your Valentine, you can make a stop at Apple Tree Chocolate for dipped fruits and so much more.
