Ba Shu, two neighboring provinces Chongqing and Sichuan in China, are famous for their unique "Ma La" cuisine. "Ma La" in Chinese means "Numbing Spicy", which is complex tingling sensation that resulted from eating Chongqing/Sichuan peppercorns and chilis, and Bashu Restaurant is mostly about that - "Ma La-Tingling & Numbing Spicy".

Bashu Legends features traditional decoration and serves Bashu main signature dishes:
Spicy Poached Fish, Pork Tripe on Hot Wok
Gele Mountain Chili Chicken, Stir Fried Port Tripe,
Bashu Clay Pot, Mo Po Tofu, Spicy Poached Prok Tripe
Beef Tripe w/ Chil Sauce, Spicy Poached Fish w/ Bean Curd

These escalated street food from Sichuan and Chongqing have attracted numerous patrons that are craving for the authentic New Style "Ma La" Sichuan Cuisine. Besides the HIGH Energy food, Bashu also offers plenty of non-spicy dishes and tasty seasonal vegetables, and its upcoming bar could always satisfy the customers' drinking needs.

Open Tuesday thru Thursday 11 am to 3pm for lunch; 5pm to 9pm for dinner. Friday 11am to 10pm. Saturday and Sunday 12pm to 10pm. Closed Mondays.
