The Rodeo Opry, “Oklahoma’s Official Country Music Show” has provided the best in live, family entertainment for over 30 years. Governer Mary Fallin said, “The Rodeo Opry has restored an Oklahoma tradition, live country music in a venue where everyone can enjoy established performers and the stars of tomorrow. Great sounds, great heritage!” Oklahoma-based and regional musical artists perform with the Rodeo Opry Band for a live audience featuring new artist rosters and music for unique weekly shows. The Rodeo Opry band is a compilation of many of the most talented vocalists and musicians in Oklahoma. They perform every Saturday night at 7:30pm at the Rodeo Opry located at 2221 Exchange Avenue in the Historic Stockyards District of Oklahoma City. The Rodeo Opry band has performed for state and national events including the Murrah Memorial Concert at the OKC Ford Center, various Centennial Celebrations and the International Creativity Forum held by the Oklahoma Creativity Project. This top-notch band has performed with or backed some of the most famous artists in music such as Toby Keith, Vince Gill, Wanda Jackson, Byron Berline, Bryan White, Jim Ed Brown, Opera soloist – Leona Mitchell and many others!
