At the Norman Welcome Center, talk to the Norman experts about recreational activities in and around Norman. We have some fairly active running, cycling, hiking, camping, golfing, and boating staffers. Pick up a copy of the Official Norman Visitor Guide, maps, and materials on nearly 40 attractions in Norman, Oklahoma City and the state.

Open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to one hour before kick-off on game days.

Have a "need for speed"? Oklahoma Motor Sports Complex offers Moto Cross and Quad MX track, a Pit Bike track and a Sand Drag track. Try Super Moto and kart racing on the .7 mile, 13-turn asphalt track. Speed in excess of 30 mph as you whip around one of the nation's best tracks for pro kart racing. Instructors available on site. Complex features weekly races; also volleyball, a golf driving range, horseshoes, and fishing.
